We are looking for an Enterprise Architect - Digital Technology Strategy with strong communication skills and an innovative, curious mindset. You will join the Strategy & Architecture team in Brussels, Belgium, working in a flexible hybrid model (up to 60% homeworking).

What will you do?

• Shape and drive technology strategies and architectures that deliver tangible business outcomes.
• Act as a trusted advisor, collaborating with stakeholders to design solutions for complex challenges.
• Guide decision-making on emerging technologies, digital initiatives, and strategic roadmaps.
• Translate strategic needs into actionable designs and recommend technology, vendor, and delivery options.
• Develop reusable reference architectures, methodologies, and patterns to accelerate delivery.

• Promote innovation, continuous improvement, and knowledge sharing across the organization.

   

What do we expect from you?

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of experience in designing and implementing enterprise-wide technology solutions.
• Solid knowledge of modern architectural practices, cloud-native environments, and well-architected frameworks (including security).
• Familiarity with agile principles and product management methodologies.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to support recommendations with data.
• Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
• Collaborative and inspiring team player, able to gain commitment for new ideas.
