Introduction
A growing IT services provider is looking for a Service Desk Engineer to support its SMB customers in the region south of Brussels. You will join a customer-focused and collaborative team delivering reliable IT solutions. In this role, you combine remote support with on-site interventions and work closely with experienced engineers across multiple domains.

The Role

  • Provide remote and on-site technical support to end users and clients.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot IT networks, systems and servers.
  • Manage user accounts and access rights using Active Directory and Azure Entra ID.
  • Configure and maintain hardware and software within existing IT environments.

 

Your Profile

  • A first experience in an IT support role is a plus
  • Hands-on experience with monitoring, troubleshooting and user management.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to adapt quickly to new challenges.
  • Very good knowledge of French and Dutch
